Installation Failed

The PrivateArk Web Client cannot start. It may be for one of the following reasons:


You clicked "No" in the Security dialog box.  

Restart the installation process and click "Yes" in the Security dialog box.

You clicked "Cancel" in the License Agreement dialog box.  

Restart the installation process and click "Yes", and then "Next" in the License Agreement dialog box.

-- or --

You are using Windows XP with Service Pack 2
At the top of the Web Client page, the following line appears:


Right-click the yellow line, and select 'Allow blocked content ...', then confirm the alert message.

Right-click the yellow line, and start the installation.

-- or --

Click 'Launch the Cyber-Ark Web Client'; on the loading page the following line appears.

Right-click the yellow line, and select 'Allow blocked content ...', then confirm the alert message.

-- or --

Click the 'Install' button

-- or --

You are using Windows NT/2000/XP and do not have administrative privileges.
Please log off from your computer then log on as a user with local administrative privileges.

-- or --

You have more than one browser window open with the PrivateArk Web Client running. 

Close all browser windows, then open a new browser window and restart the setup process.

-- or --

Your security settings are set too high.  

Change your security level to be between Medium and Low.

1. In Internet Explorer, display the "Tools" menu.

2. Select "Internet Options", then select the "Security" tab.

3. Change the security level to be between "Medium" and "Low".

Restart the installation process

No more hard disk space. 

Free at least 10MB on your hard disk.

-- or --

You did not restart your computer after the installation.  

Please restart your computer and try again.
