Portsmouth has a strong and proud naval tradition. The Naval Base is at the heart of the city and its people, and has been an integral part of Portsmouth since the construction of its first dock in 1194.
For one weekend, you are invited to Meet Your Navy, a spectacular three day event reminiscent of Navy Days Portsmouth, where you will be able to discover the past, present and future of the Royal Navy. You will be able to access areas not normally open to the public, see the ships and meet the crews of the modern fleet, marvel at the dynamic (and sometimes daring!) displays and be entertained by a host of characters. |
